- Regular buses run from town to the park; a car is optional but useful for Ruta 12 stays.

- Arrive at the park at opening — the Devil's Throat walkway fills quickly by late morning.
- Bring waterproofs and dry bags; mist reaches everything near the lower circuits.
- Check whether your rental has air conditioning and a pool in summer.
- Crossing to Brazil may require a visa depending on your nationality — check before booking.
