Sample listingAbout this house
The villa sits at the end of a gravel lane between two malbec parcels, low and long so that every room opens west toward the Cordón del Plata. Thick adobe walls keep the interior cool through the hard January afternoons, and the wood-burning fireplace does the same work in reverse from May onward.
It suits two families or a group of friends travelling together: four bedrooms of comparable size rather than one grand suite and three afterthoughts, a kitchen built for long lunches, and enough outdoor seating that nobody has to negotiate for the shade.
- Heated pool and shaded parrilla terrace facing the Andes
- Ten minutes from Los Chacayes and Vista Flores wineries
- Vineyard breakfast provisions included on arrival day
- Optional in-house asado cook with 48 hours' notice
