How much control do I have over who stays?

Full control. Every inquiry comes to you with the traveler's details, dates and party size, and you decide whether to confirm. You also set your own deposit, cancellation and house rules.

Can I import my existing Airbnb or Vrbo listing?

Yes. On the list-your-property form, paste your public Airbnb or Vrbo URL and we will prefill your listing details, photos and amenities for you to review and edit.
